Audio not working if via teams

We are now utilizing a couple of our Rise 360 courses that contain a Storyline screencast block in trainings that are presented to a group of employees. If it is done live (for example using either the presenter's assigned module in our LMS shown on a screen or via the Review link) the sound works fine. It's just that presenter/learner displaying it on a large screen. However, if we try to present the same lesson via Teams the sound cannot be heard by the audience. Does anyone have experience with that and a solution?
