What is the next level of support. Our company had articulate here when I took over enablement. I am very frustrated as some of the issues I have run into thus far, beyond learning how to use a new tool. Even more so, is the delays it is causing in pushing out new content and not have any real explanations of why it is happening. With all of the issues, I am beginning to question whether this is the right software to rely on for mine and my teams usage.
Just need to know how to use the platform and not have it freeze multiple times an hour when adjusting character states.
