Sorry you're still seeing blurry images and videos! What are the original dimensions of those media files? How do those dimensions compare to the Storyline slide size?
If the original media dimensions are much larger or smaller than the slide size, the files will have to scale up or down to fit the slide. This will result in a loss of quality. Your best bet is to use files with similar dimensions to the slide size.
