Transferring a course in Review 360

Does anyone know if it is possible to transfer a course that has been uploaded to Review 360 and comments have already been posted? There is a course that was created by another ID that they loaded to Review 360 and people have started to make comments on the course. I need to assume ownership of that course to make updates but don't want to lose the comments that have already been made. I know I could have the current ID download all the comments to a .csv or .pdf but I'd prefer to not do that and keep everything as is. Is this possible and if so, how?

  • Hi Julie,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Transferring ownership of a Review 360 course along with the existing comments is currently not possible. As an alternative, you can ask the course owner for an export of all existing comments in a Review 360 project as you mentioned.

We currently have a feature request logged for the ability to transfer ownership of Review 360 courses, so we'll let you know when there's an update!

Thank you, Kelly, for the reply. I didn't think it there was a way to do this but thought I would check just to make sure. Glad to hear this is on the feature request list though!

  • Is there any progress on this?

I have just had a lot of content transferred to me as a team member left.
I am transferring some projects on to another colleague but I can't transfer the Review 360 file along with the Rise which is going to cause confusion further down the line.

We have recently transferred a lot of content due to some team members leaving. The Review 360 comments have been lost due to this transfer. If we were to transfer the affected courses back to their original owner temporarily, would the Review 360 comments return? Or are they now lost completely?

      Hi PhilCobbold,

That's a good question! Since I haven't personally encountered this situation before, I opened a case on your behalf to get you in touch with a support engineer who'll be able to confirm the behavior. Please keep an eye out for an email from our team!

I have a similar request: A Rise course was owned by another team member and we published it for review on Review 360. We later transferred the ownership to me, I thought the published course on Review 360 would be automatically transferred to me as well. I waited for 24 hours, didn't happen. On my dashboard of Review 360,  I do not see this course. On Review 360, I notice it still says "xxx xxx xxx will be notified." My name is not there. What can be done? At t his point, there is no review comment received yet. Please help!
