Boxes appear for some users, where they should not be appearing.

Some users are seeing a lighter color box appear where there is text on some slides.  Almost like a text box.  There are no triggers for this.  The boxes only appear on some slides after they are loaded into the LMS.  This is not able to be duplicated by the LMS team or our users in house.  This has only happened for a few users.  All others are functioning as designed.  Any advice? Thanks!

    Have you had a chance to test the Storyline course in SCORM Cloud? If the boxes don't appear when viewing the course in SCORM Cloud, then the issue is likely LMS-related. If the same behavior can be observed in SCORM Cloud, do you mind sharing a copy of your .story file for testing?
