I haven't encountered that issue before. Are you copying your text from another application or are you manually typing the text in Storyline?
I know you are not able to share files but if the issue happens again, would you consider sending us a redacted version of the file where you can delete all other slides and content except for the problematic text box? You can send the file through our Support form at http://www.articulatecase.com
