Audio glitch on jump to this slide
Hi. I have slide with a layer.
Base layer has two images, a text box and two audio files. Image1+text1+audio1 , then image2+text2.
First layer has image and audio file.
Audio plays correctly going forward BUT when, on the layer, I click my BACK button to "jump to this slide", the Base layer only plays image1+ text1+audio1, then image2 but not audio 2.
If I substitute audio2 for a long audio, the playback for audio2 starts halfway through the audio (after playing audio1).
Clearly it is starting at the timeline start but for some reason it cuts out the audio after a second or two.
I have reset on.
I tested a project from 2 years ago that had the exact code. It worked when I delivered it 2 years ago but now it has the same glitch on the BACK button. What has changed and how can I fix it?

This is ugly and time consuming but at least it is a workable fudge. I create a "fudge" slide with the first text box and graphic with a minimal length timeline before the real slide with the Base and layers.
My BACK key from the layers on my real slide now returns to the fudge slide, which immediately jumps to the "real" slide (with base and layers).
The audio plays correctly approaching the real slide going forward from the fudge slide.
This is a real pain as hundreds of "fudge" slides will be needed (yes it is a HUGE project).
I have raised this with product support, I hope they can provide a fix so I don't have to fudge (as soon as possible please).
Hi sylviadrower!
Thanks for reaching out. Great call opening a case! I see that you're working with my colleague Mick. You're in excellent hands! We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a great afternoon!

Thanks for the fix. I too am experiencing exactly everything you described including the testing of past modules. Seems to be a bug in the latest update. I hope they are working on a fix.

Your fix works great btw. I know you're probably already done with the project since it has been 11 days, but you said you would need to make hundreds of "fudge" slides. The way I'm doing it is to have only one Fudge slide (yes I also named it that in honor of you) and then use a variable to tell it where to jump to. I have nothing on the Fudge slide and the Jump to trigger is set to When Timeline Starts.
