Can not upload to replace a video
I've been trying to change/edit an existing video. The upload process goes through to about 100% and then stops. Refreshing or changing the video type makes no difference.
I've tried the suggestions such as short filenames, no usual characters, no spaces in file name et cetera
any thoughts on a way forward would be appreciates

Can I ask if you've tried uploading a different video to test if the issue you're experiencing is isolated to a single video file? Here's what I recommend:
- If you're having trouble uploading any type of video, please ask your network admin to add all the endpoints listed in this article to your organization's allow list.
- If only one video is affected, try using tools like Handbrake to re-encode them using a video profile. Here's a video on how to use Handbrake for this task.
