Can we have access to a published rise course (SCORM package)and edit it?

Hi everyone,

I have two questions regarding Rise:

  1. Published Rise courses (SCORM packages)

Can we import a published Rise course (SCORM package) and edit it in Rise?

I noticed there is an Upload a File option in Rise; however, when I try to upload the SCORM ZIP file, I receive an error.

Has anyone successfully done this, or is there another method for editing content from a published Rise course?

  1. Cross-organization collaboration

If a Rise course is created in one organization's Articulate 360 environment, is it possible to add a collaborator from another organization and allow that person to edit the course?

Alternatively, can a Rise course be shared or transferred between organizations while preserving editing capabilities?

Thanks in advance for your input!

  • If I understand your question . . .   To update a course, you will need the Rise Course, not the published output only.  The new ability to update a course already published that was just moved from labs to public, still depends on you having the Rise Course in hand.

Cross-organization collaboration in Rise works as long as both parties are in an Articulate Teams account.  You do not have to be in the same Teams account, but being in a Teams account allows you to collaborate with other people in Teams accounts. Individual accounts cannot collaborate.
