Since you're building your own mobile app, I'd recommend comparing how your course behaves there with how it behaves when uploaded to an environment like SCORM Cloud. Here's how to test your course in SCORM Cloud. If you are able to replicate the display issue in your course when tested in SCORM Cloud, please open a support case here so we can take a look at what's happening.
If the issue is isolated to your mobile app, you'll need to make sure that the environment is SCORM compliant to minimize the chances of any issues appearing when your course is launched.
