Can't Change Modern to Classic Player in Storyline
Hi! I'm working on a Storyline project, which needs to be created in Classic player, but, SL is not allowing me to change the Player Style from Modern to Classic. I also tried to make the changes by selecting New Project, but still the same issue is persisting.
I've attached a screenshot of the issue with the error message I'm getting below, please check and suggest a solution.

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! It looks like your project uses the Streaming video feature, exclusive to the Modern player style in Storyline 360 February 2023 update and later.
If you'd like to use the Classic player in your project, choose Static in the Publish Quality window. Please see this article for details:

AND publish once with this setting - then you can choose the classic player

It did not work for me - and all the layers are set to layer, not dialog. I don't have video, but changed the setting and published. Still get the error. It's one slide only.

Happy to help. Please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case and we'll be glad to show you how you can switch the Player from Modern back to Classic. We'll delete it when we're done!
