Closed Captions not showing on one slide
Hello, I am using Storyline 3. I have one slide in my course where the closed captions button does not appear, even though the slide has captions. The course player has captions selected. The slide properties don't have any special player settings (it is set to player defaults). The only thing different about the slide is that it has three separate audio tracks. Could that be causing the problem? Thanks!
Another variant that could be causing problems is that the slide, when visited, has a layer (without audio) that shows first. When the user clicks a button, the layer closes, then the main layer (with the audio) shows.
