Coding to show incorrect/correct answers for course optimisation.

Hi all, 

I want to find some coding that will allow us to see which questions the learners are getting correct or incorrect so that when we do a review of the content (including assessments) we are able to see which questions might be need review due to difficulty or lack of context to content. Note this information will need to be extracted from the LMS Cornerstone as that is where our courses are hosted.

    If you published to scorm and the questions were assigned to a results  that info should be in cornerstone, if not then it wont be there

      Hi Phil! I'm new to Cornerstone but not new to Articulate and trying to figure out their reporting and what format I should be using to publish.

      Can you explain what it means to assign the questions to a result? And where the information would be in Cornerstone?
