Color picker (eyedropper) doesn't work
Trying to pick a shape's border color to match other on-screen elements. The eyedropper only works in the dialog box. Once outside, the chosen color is black no matter what the eyedropper is over....
I'm not an expert but I found when I'm using my laptop and another full sized screen the eyedropper won't work. If you close the laptop and work from the main screen then everything is good. Hopefully a more experienced user/expert will respond soon.
That works, but a colleague is using an elite book which locks when it's closed. She has to drag storyline over to the the tiny screen to get an accurate eyedropper pick up.
