Comments/Review in 360

It would be greatly beneficial if Review 360 would allow for drawing/arrows/etc. for reviewers to be able to have more in-line commenting instead of just a random screenshot of where the screen was when they input a new comment. This would make it a much better reviewer and developer experience to know exactly where things need to happen.
