"Correct/Incorrect" not showing

Hello there,

The words correct/incorrect don't show in my question banks - see attached.

They show when I preview from question bank (the place where you build/organise question banks).

However, they don't show when I preview from within a quiz that's in my Rise course. They also don't show when published to Articulate Review.

I've also attached my quiz settings. I've also tried readding the question banks, etc. but the words "correct/incorrect" still don't show up.

 

This bug is confusing people because the only indicator that a question is correct/incorrect are the tick/x marks which are quite subtle.

Can anyone help?
