Crashing
Hi all -
I'm here for a client of mine. End user installed a few Microsoft patches this morning and now Storyline won't run. It loads, you can see previews, but then just shuts down. I did uninstall recent Microsoft patches which did not resolve the issue.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled Storyline as well. Now running the most recent version.
Any ideas?

thank you for the warning - I have to stop now all system updates for my windows 10 system - until the monthly microsoft problems are solved

Sorry to hear you are having trouble after updating Windows.I have a few additional questions in order to better assist you:
- Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360?
- If you are using Storyline 360, are you signed into https://360.articulate.com/?
- On your desktop app, are you able to see any updates available to the Articulate 360 application?

If you are still not having luck, I'd recommend reinstalling the Articulate 360 Desktop App. This link includes step-by-step instructions.
