Crashing

Hi all - 

I'm here for a client of mine. End user installed a few Microsoft patches this morning and now Storyline won't run. It loads, you can see previews, but then just shuts down. I did uninstall recent Microsoft patches which did not resolve the issue. 

Uninstalled and Reinstalled Storyline as well. Now running the most recent version. 

Any ideas?

  • thank you for the warning - I have to stop now all system updates for my windows 10 system - until the monthly microsoft problems are solved

    If you are still not having luck, I'd recommend reinstalling the Articulate 360 Desktop App. This link includes step-by-step instructions.
