Cue point/trigger order problems

I have 6 cue points on my timeline, 1-6, each later than the other, with associated triggers. I can't order the triggers according to the cue point order, the grey up/down arrows are disabled.  Why is that? It would be really helpful if I could arrange the triggers in cue point order so I can see what elements are assigned to do what and when.

I really don't understand why sometimes it's possible to change the order of triggers in the panel and other times it's not. What am I missing about this?

    Hello Carol!

    I'm happy to help! If there are multiple triggers on the same object that are triggered by the same action (e.g., when the learner clicks a button), triggers execute in the order they appear in the Triggers panel. I'm happy to take a look at your project to help order the triggers! You can attach the .story file to this discussion, and I'll take a look.
