Dashboard and RISE360 not loading again
After todays earlier issues were resolved, I have been working in RISE without much issue (image search was intermittent at times). However, I am now experiencing the page not loading at all. I have tried all normal troubleshooting including closing browser, window, different browser, etc. No internet issues.
Waiting over 5-10 minutes and many attempts later, still not able to load dashboard. After a while I eventually got 'resuming your session...' which seemed to be stuck for 3+ minutes and then got a gateway timeout.

I'm experience the same issues. 504 Gateway Time-out, over and over. I can't get back into Rise.

I have not been able to access Rise at all since around 2pm est.

I still cannot access Rise.
It keeps trying to resume session, and then times out. I have cleared the
browser cache (chrome) tried another browser (firefox) and no luck.

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue.
