Deleted trigger in storyline still working when uploaded to LMS.

Hi, 

Hoping someone will be able to help me? 

I have a been working on a course on storyline which the end slide has a button to complete and exit the course-with triggers.

I noticed that there was an extra trigger (my error) in the slide before to also complete the course when the timeline started on that slide. 

I have removed the trigger that I had placed in error but when I publish and upload onto the LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) the course can be shown as completed when the user reaches that slide still. 


I have checked tracking options also and this is ticked to course triggers only.

What am I doing wrong? Any ideas?

    Is the trigger on the button set to timeline start instead of on click? That is a mistake I often make.

    If not you are likely cached on your LMS.

    The trigger is no longer on the previous slide, but it still completes when reaching that slide. 

    How do I 'uncash' from the LMS?

    You can try using a different browser, sometimes you get cached at a server level and that can take a few hours to resolve
