Docebo won't trigger completion of Rise SCORM file
Yikes, I have PTSD about this topic. When I worked at Zillow (Docebo client), we were dogged with rando incompletes on xAPI courses/objects. Our admin gathered a lot of data like browser versions, etc., whatever Docebo asked us for. IDK whatever happened to the issue. When at my new company, I was asking the Docebo sales team multiple times about the issue and was it ever resolved (we were picking a new LMS provider and Docebo was in final round who we chose). No one seemed to acknowledge anything solid one way or another so we kind of punted and didn't let it be a blocker. We didn't seem to have the same issues with SCORM so I was hoping is we use SCORM we would avoid the "In Progress" gremlin.
In one of my courses that had rando issues, it was only a SL quiz. And it seemed one issue was when someone saw they were still in progress, they'd attempt it again even if passed. Then Docebo seemed to get confused/stuck. I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. But at least for this standalone quiz object (not a Docebo LMS test), I made sure the training material settings were set to limit the views to "Until completed/passed". I HOOOPPPEEE I don't hit this pesky issue now at my new company (Flyhomes)...
