Hi Mariz,
If you're talking about downloading source files from Review 360, unfortunately, that is not an option right now. Here is some information I found in a previous thread that might address your issue.
If you've turned on the auto-recovery option, you should still find the previous versions of your projects in your Temp folder.
Here's how to check:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
Thanks for reaching out,
John

With the update that allows us to back up the Storyline file when uploading to Review 360, how do we download it? Thanks!
Hello Susanne,
Happy to help!
You should see an option to download the uploaded project file when you click on the Current Version button to bring down the menu. This article contains a screenshot of where exactly to find the download option in Review 360:
Hope this helps!

I checked and I don't see an option to download from the "Current Version" button. I only see options to restore and hide previous versions.

Based on a comment from 2 years ago, not sure this is possible. I sent a Storyline 360 project for review 13 months ago (https://360.articulate.com/review/content/7c5f5241-1c6c-4a15-a24c-69e26dac7f5d/review). The project was put on hold. Now I can't find the Articulate Storyline Story file. I did get a new PC, etc and have tried searching all morning. Since I have the Review 360 url, can I re-create the Storyline file from it? ...and no, I did not save it as a back-up to the cloud when creating the Review 360 file. Thanks
Hi Greg,
Thanks for reaching out!
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your .Story file. You can't import a project into Storyline using a Review link, but you can use it as a guide to recreate the course. We recommend saving projects to your local hard drive. Do you remember where you saved your file? If you can access the computer in which the course was created, you can try checking the temp files. Here's how:
- Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
- Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop.
- Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.
- Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
Cloud backup for Storyline 360 is available as of October 2023, so something to keep in mind for future projects. I hope this helps!
