Error 403 Access Denied
Hello,
I'm having an issue with SCORM created in Articulate Storyline with the video inside. All the others work but this one no. There is no special character in the naming of the video and it is also not a long name of the video.
After uploading on LMS I got this message on the screenshot. I republish many times, I started from scratch but nothing works.

The issue was isolated to their LMS, so we recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator to share the error message that you're seeing.
You can also test your course in SCORM cloud to see if the issue occurs in another LMS environment.
