Flashcard not working using Ai Convert and Ai Block

I'm encountering an issue with the Flashcard block in Articulate Rise when using the AI Convert and AI Block features. I've included screenshots below to illustrate the problem:

When I request an AI-generated Flashcard block, it drafts the content successfully but doesn't convert it into a Flashcard format. Instead, I receive a message stating, "Sorry, I'm not able to do that."

When I attempt to manually convert the content using "Instant Convert," I get an error message saying, "We're having some trouble. Please try again."
Here are the steps I took:

Selected the Flashcard block option.
Entered content using AI suggestions.
Tried manually converting it via "Instant Convert."

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you have any solutions or suggestions for fixing it?

    Exactly the same issue here. It has persisted in many different ways over the past two days.
