Font menu sluggish

Something that I have always found quite frustrating when using Storyline is the sluggishness of the font selection drop-down menu. In most applications this is is quick and smooth, but in Storyline it is always jerky/sluggish. Is this just me or is this a flaw in the product? Is this a known issue?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some frustration with the font drop-down menu, and I'd love to help!

    Here's the behavior I see when I click the drop-down:

    Let me know if you see something different. If you could do a Peek recording, that would be helpful!
