Is there a way to force starting from the beginning in a Rise course? If learner launches a course from our LMS (Saba Cloud/SBX) if they exit in the middle of a quiz we want them to start from the beginning on their next launch. I read an earlier post about this from 2020 and was wondering if any updates were made that could help with this scenario.
From what I see there isn't a setting in Rise that would do that. There should be a setting within your LMS that would make them take the entire course again. I haven't seen an LMS that would just force the learner to start at the beginning of a quiz if the quiz is built in Rise. LMSs usually have a setting that is either resume where the learner left the module or restart the entire module.
That said I could be wrong as I haven't used Saba.
