Free Trial Won't Start
I signed up for Articulate 360 trial but the download won't work.

Would you mind sharing more details about what didn't work for you? If you didn't get beyond the Articulate 360 download and install steps, you could find the installers to perform a manual install here. You'll want to ensure you're installing everything using an admin account.
