Grainy video on preview
After importing a video, the preview screen is really grainy.
They are mp4s. It also happens when I open an existing project without importing a new video.

Just to clarify, does the video quality remain poor after publishing a course as well?
A common cause of blurry videos in a Storyline 360 course is a mismatch between the resolution of the video and the slide size of the project. If the resolution of the video is too large for the available slide space, the quality of the video tends to get reduced.
The best way to address this is to make sure that your video and Storyline 360 project make use of the same size and resolution. This article goes into more detail about that:
