I'm having trouble with the results slide on my test (attached). Once you get to the end of the test the results slide should show but instead, it's spooling/trying to load.
Has anyone seen this issue before? I'd love some help.

I do not see anything wrong in your file and it did work like what you described on my end too. Sometimes SL does crash due to an unknown reason. And since the issue happened to the result slide, I deleted the result slide and reinsert a new one. Then it works well, the issue was gone.
So you can reinsert the result slide to get it fixed. And you may report to the Articulate Support Team to see if they can figure out why it happens.

I am glad to be helpful. I have been there too. It can drive people crazy especially when we don't find anything wrong but it just won't work.
