Hide Correct/Incorrect response
"Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" refers to the program marking the items to indicate which responses are correct, as well as which ones the user answered correctly.
The "Correct" and "Incorrect" banners that appear along the bottom of the slide are built into the Review process. And, unfortunately, there's no way to turn them off.
However, you could hide them by covering that part of the slide.
To do that, you need to add a Review layer to the question slides. That happens automatically if you enter any text in the Post-quiz review field in Form View:
You could also just insert a layer called Review.
On the Review layer, include a shape at the bottom to cover the banners. For example, if you are providing feedback, you could place the feedback box at the bottom. Then stretch it so it covers the entire width of the slide, and make it high enough to cover the banners.
Or you could simply add a rectangle filled to match the background of the slide.
