How can I make a background music play continuously across multiple slides/layers?
Hello all,
I want to insert a background music to multiple slides. These slides will automatically play without showing the "Previous""Next"button, so I wish the music track could continuously play through these slides without being cut off.
Is that possible to do that?
Or if not, is there a way to fade in/out the music at the beginning and end of each slide?

Definitely a +1 from me. I've come across from Adobe Captivate where this has been a feature for years. Soooo sad to see how old this thread is and there still not being any sign of it being integrated into Storyline. And I've lost hope in "Submit a feature request" as these seem to be a waste of time.

Late to the thread here but I would like some assistance in having a music track play through out my 30 slides with no break in the music.....while I am following the solutions above, being a newbie I cannot make it happen.
Hey...! its very easy! we have to call music externally.

Have you seen this cool method from Emily? I know a lot of folks are using it with success and have shared it's pretty easy to set up.
Hey, so I am working in Storyline 360 and these javascript code including the modified verision that are compliant with html5 outputs are not working even when I download the examples. Is this a function lost when Storyline 2 upgraded to 360? Need to have an audio file loop as background music with no interruption using Storyline 360. Any suggestions?
Thx, - I'm currently doing the JavaScript solution. However compared to other products on the market, this is a "fix" and not an ideal solution. For example, I can't hear the audio when I preview. I also can't synchronize slides/animations and timings with the audio when I author the slide content.
