How to add scorm file to rise course

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to this. I have an interactive animation module that was created by an external agency that is a scorm file. Is there anyway of adding this scorm file into a Rise course that I am creating?

I am unable to have the animation in any other format as that was part of the contact.

Thanks

    Hi Kylie,

It's not possible to bring a SCORM file into Rise and edit it.

Do you know how the animation file was produced? If it's a video file you should be able to extract it from the SCORM ZIP file.

  • Thanks Karl, several of the interactives are videos with images and text over top that don't appear in the video component. So unfortunately not an option - I did try this.

I don't want to edit the animation/externally made scorm, I just want to embed it so it forms part of the larger eLearn.

Hi Kylie! You can upload your SCORM file to an LMS. If that LMS allows iframing of content, you can then embed your animation in an Embed Block in Rise 360.
