How to Downgrade to 3.56.26219.0 of Storyline 360.
Due to the behavior of the web server settings, our workplace demanded us to downgrade Storyline 360 to 3.56.26219.0 or lower.
But when I tried to downgrade, it shows only 6 versions and the oldest one is 3.65.28121. There is no 3.56.26219.0 in the screen anymore.
Currently it is unable to work in our CMS right now and need your help.
How can we downgrade it?
you could open a support case to get the old installer
but: i don't think storyline files edited with the current version can be opened in this very old version - too much has changed
Thank you for your advise. That's right it is able to open it, but it is unable to preview/publish.
