How to add multiple text entry in essay type question

I just wanted to make sure I’m understanding your question correctly. It sounds like you wanted to know if a single essay question can have multiple text box entries all on the same slide?
If so, then unfortunately that is not possible. Each essay question can have only one text entry box available per slide. If you need to add more to your Storyline 360 course, you would have to create them on additional slides.

I'm happy to chime in! With Text-Entry questions, you can add multiple text-entry fields to a single slide, but only one can be evaluated in an assessment. Consider this method if you need to evaluate more than one text-entry field on the same slide.
