How to show onscreen time and date in real time?

Try this:

const currentTime = new Date();
const timeString = `${currentTime.getHours()}:${(currentTime.getMinutes() < 10 ? '0' : '')}${currentTime.getMinutes()}`;

setVar("HoraAhora", timeString);
