How to use SCORM 1.2 from Articulate Rise, in SuccessFactors LMS?

Hello, 

I publish a zip file, in SCORM 1.2 format, and send it to the costumer, to place it in the SuccessFactors LMS. The feedback I got was that the info shown there is "Not available", the course is not launched. Does anyone had this issue, what can I tell the client to do? 

I have tested the file in SCORM cloud, and it launches well, as expected.

I would appreciate to have any input to solve this.
