Hundreds of Mails from success arituclate
Hello,
I just came back from my vacation and see that I have received over 200 E-Mails from "success@articulate.com" saying that they try to handle my request - I didnt send any tickets though!
Can somebody help me?
Hi there! I'm looking into this issue for you now and will connect with you via email (...from me, an actual human!).
Is that the actual e-address? If you hover (not click!) over any link, does it show a real articulate.com URL? I wonder if some scammers are trying to target Articulate users by pretending to be about requests.
Hopefully someone from the Articulate staff will respond to this post. You could also submit an actual case (Contact Support for Help with Any Articulate E-Learning Course Development Software).

Good tips, Judy! Always best to be vigilant these days.
This looping was caused by 2 autoresponders having an email party in our inboxes! When we see this happen on our side, we apply a filter to stop the looping. Unfortunately, the emails go back and forth for a few minutes until we make that happen.
