Hyperlink to other parts of a course?
Is there anything available that allows for hyperlinks/# to another part of a course?
Regards,
Harry Carter
Hi Harry,
It sounds like you want to hyperlink to a specific block within a lesson. We're tracking requests for that feature, so thanks for letting us know you need it!

Additional request for this feature. There should be a way to link to other lessons/content within the course!

I also agree that there is a huge need to hyperlink to a specific block within a lesson. If there somewhere else I should be indicating this a requested feature please let me know.

Hi Alyssa,
I'm just checking in on this discussion since it looks like its been almost 3 years. My other L&D teammates and I were talking about how sorely we need this feature of being able to link to a block within a lesson for ease of navigation.
Thanks,
Amanda

Would also need this function.
Or some other way to link to a section in a glossary. - stuartcoombeCommunity Member
I'll second (third?) that feature request too! To be able to use normal text hyperlinks between lessons within a course would be very useful and almost seems a strange omission. Button stack is not always appropriate when one does not want to use up loads of space- e.g. within a table.

Thanks Alyssa :)
It would be very cool to have a hyperlink to anywhere. People are so used to using these with websites, manuals, email, indexes, etc.

I, too, would like to have a feature where you can link within a lesson/block.

I would appreciate this feature as well!

Another vote for this feature, although after 4 years since this thread was started, it looks like this isn't going to happen any time soon...

Indeed.
Rise 360 is definitely showing its age; mostly due to the snails pace of changes that get implemented. We are looking for alternatives.
Does any one on this thread have recommendations?

I shut off the Rise menu and put in a Storyline menu in its place. Its a bit of work (multiple modifications before and after publish) but what the client wanted (they also wanted a creative menu vs. persistent text menu on the left).

One of our potential customers is also asking for this feature.

An important feature to add. Stymied by this.

Let's get this function added for 2022!
