Incorrect Layer display

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with the display of my layers. Normally, the base layer should still be visible on the feedback layers - but this is not the case. In this case, this has the effect that the learner cannot get to the next page because the Next button appears on another layer. However, it seems that the layers cannot be opened in parallel as usual.

Can anyone help me?
