Incorrect Mouse Display Location

I've been having trouble with my mouse placement locations in the replay screen recordings that I have created on Windows 10. When doing a walkthrough with numerous clicks, the mouse is off by about an inch up and to the left of whatever button is being selected. Based on previous posts, I have checked the recommended settings with no improvement. 

Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem?
