Increasing Audio Level on Exported .mp4 Scene

You're welcome, Kevin. Thanks for sharing your project in a support case. After looking at your Storyline file, I noticed that my colleague Luiza ruled out that the bug I mentioned affected the project. I encourage you to keep troubleshooting with her until we can find a resolution.
Hello. I am having the same exact issue for five videos created in Storyline then exported to mp4. The audio sounds fine in SL but when exported the audio always increases around the :16-:20 second mark. Did Articulate find a fix for this issue?

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have any news to share on this bug where the volume of the audio increases after the duration of the video in the same slide. We'll be sure to update this thread with any news of a fix.
As my colleague Eric shared earlier in this discussion, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file to see if what you are experiencing is related to this bug. You can share a copy of your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case. We'll be sure to delete the file after testing.
