index_lms does not load course

Question

story.html in version 3 build 11 and hire does not send statements?statementID. index_lms.html only&nbsp; opens a black screen with a spinning wait on our LMS. We need the xAPI statements to work and the course to run. Any suggestions over how to make the index_lms.html load the course?
