Issue in an exam file & the result slide

Dear Community members,

I'm facing two issues could you please help me with it:

1- In the attached file, it's an exam containing javascript code; when I upload it to the platform, it stops every time in a random slide and refuses to continue until the time is finished and I reach the result slide. I have compared it to other exam files, and all of them have the same settings, but this file is the only one not working. What else I'm missing on it?

 

2- The second issue is I have about 69 Storylines files that contain an exam on them, and suddenly all of the result slides shows the "Arabic sentences"  missed up there are files that have not been touched since November 2021. this problem only happens in the result slides not in other slides with the same font type. We try to change the font type, size, publish the file with different storyline versions and rewrite the whole sentence, but none of them is working in the storyline shows fine, but when we upload it to the platform, it doesn't show the same. Can Someone please tell us what could be the problem?
