Issue Publishing Articulate Storyline Directly to Review 360

I've been troubleshooting an issue publishing a course from Articulate Storyline to Review 360. The publishing process gets all the way through, then crashes once it gets to the "Uploading" part of the process. I thought it was just the file, so I tried on a different file and it also crashed. Others on my team are encountering the issue as well. 

The file publishes just fine if I'm NOT uploading to Review 360, though it is extremely slow.

In order to keep my work moving, I published manually and uploaded the file, but I shouldn't have to do that.

Has anyone else encountered this? I was able to publish to Review 360 as recently as December 12th, so it is a recent problem.

  • Thank you! I tried that, and it might have been the solution, but after I logged back in I noticed that a new version of Articulate Storyline was available, so that may also have fixed the issue. I would have tried to publish it between doing the two solutions, but it's taking over a half an hour to publish the file right now. That in itself is surprising, because I've worked on larger files that don't take as long, so it might just be a problem right now.

      Hi Kari and Kendal, I had that same issue last week and into today. All of my Articulate360 desktop apps were suddenly missing. I just followed the steps provided and was able to resolve my problem as well. Thank you!
