Issue with numerical listing

Edits in Rise360 display numbered list in one of our courses correctly however, the numbers display differently and incorrect in Review360. Please advise.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Did you choose to publish a new version of an existing item or did you create a new item entirely when you published your course?
- When viewing the Review 360 link, did you make sure to view the most recent version of the course?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
