Major Storyline Audio Playback Issues
Hello everyone,
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Articulate Localization!
In our latest update (June 9, 2026), we've included a fix for:
- After publishing a multi-language project to an LMS, text-to-speech audio in the source language was out of sync.
You'll need to be working with the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 119) to take advantage of this fix. Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

While the sound issues might have been corrected, now videos don't play on iPhone devices (I have iPhone 13).

Sorry to hear that you're now facing video playback issues on iOS hardware.
I see that you've been working with my colleague Nikko, through a support case. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline. This bug prevents Storyline videos from playing on iOS hardware if published in version 118.37026.0 or 118.37003.0. We've included you in the bug report that's being tracked, so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.
As a workaround, we suggest downgrading to version 117.36909.0, where this issue cannot be observed.

I have some great news to share!
We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.118.37034.0, we’ve included essential fixes. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Videos were blank when viewed on iOS devices.
