Menu Displaying After Publication

Hello,

I've recently published a course into my company's LMS. When launching the course, the user is presented with a menu on the left that is different than the built-in menu (screenshot attached).

When inspecting the element, its code is <div class="navigation-tree">

Is it possible to disable this?

    This appears to be a menu on the LMS and is not part of your course. Talk to the LMS administrators about disabling the menu, or you can opt to open you course In a new window to maximise screen real-estate.
