Hello, in order to make the right decision regarding our future e-learning productions and our Articulate subscription, it is essential for our organization to know what steps Articulate will take to enable the transfer of Rise modules from the U.S. servers to the European servers. It is not acceptable for our team to have to manually copy dozens of modules, block by block, from one subscription to another! This inability to transfer modules also poses a problem for sharing modules with other public organizations if they are not on the same servers.
What is the expected solution, and what is the timeline? Thank you in advance.
