Moodle does not recognize/mark the activity as "Complete" after completing it!

Hello,

We have faced a problem with our course's activities (SCORM packages), and the problem is that Moodle does not recognize/mark the activities as "Complete" after completing them!

We have set the Activity completion conditions to both "view" and "completed". However, after completing the activities, Moodle does not recognize/Mark them as "Complete".

We tried every possible solution in the settings (in both Moodle and Storyline), but we couldn't solve the problem. We also searched here in the community but could not find an answer to address our issue.

We would appreciate it if someone could help us solve this problem as soon as possible. Our course is in progress, and we can't keep a record of participants' course completion.

Many thanks,

      Hi Eric,

Thank you so much for these valuable resources. They sound very helpful.

Regarding our issue, after I posted my question here, I continued searching more about the possible solutions. I came across a tip someone had given:  It seems like when both "View" and "completed" conditions are chosen at the same time, they interfere! So, following that tip, I removed the "view" condition and just kept the "completed" one. It solved the problem in a couple of the modules that I tested. But we are going to test all modules again to make sure that change works for all of the modules.

      We work with SCORM 1.2

Thank you very much again for your time and for the resources.
