mp4 video uploads and plays but no thumbnail
I can upload a video and it plays fine but it only shows a blank, black screen with the play symbol until I click play.
can't a thumbnail image or first image be displayed similar to what is shown when a YouTube is embedded?

I’m excited to share that we've released a new Rise 360 update that includes:
- Enhanced: Upload or generate a custom video thumbnail.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!

There are several threads about this issue.

Hi Mariana, I don't have an update for you at this point. Adding your preferred image to the first few frames of your video is still the best bet.
